Took money from a customer for special ordered truck. They came in with their own financing and they refused to do business with them. The customers were calm but they called the police on them. This place is shady. Stay away!

They're pretty good, reasonable, and take decent care of the cars. I have no complaints. I go for regular service with them. I go every 5,000 miles. I bought tires from them, too. I go there all the time.

Took my truck in for routine service, they called and said they could not get the plug out of the oil pan and wanted $900.00 for a new oil pan. I declined and took my truck to another Toyota dealer, they preformed the work, no problems, oil change and lube $36.00, ( I didn't mention to the other dealer about the oil pan I just waited to see what happened, after the service I asked him if he had a problem with the plug in the pan and their service tech said no problem, now I have used Haynes in the past for repairs and when they called I said go ahead, now I wonder how many of these repairs did I really need, I feel that after this I was getting ripped off. I hate to say they lost my business, watch them their shady and will load you with parts and unnecessary labor. I did deal with the service scheduler Jon who called me about the repair. He also said I needed a battery, I said go ahead (did I need it ????) then he called back about the oil pan that's when I started catching on..........

This was free due to having purchased the Toyota Care when we bought the vehicle. I called to make my appointment; scheduled it but when I got to the dealership they did not have me on their list. The technician quickly took care of it and got me in. It did not take as long as he had said and they were very courteous. They did try to tell me or suggested that Toyota likes to suggest that you have the car aligned for approx. $200; I did decline at that time. I will be using them in the future, unless they mess up on my scheduling again.

We are just pleased with them. They are just good. In the last 10 years, overall, I noticed that in the business, prices appear to, especially with women with cars, they would tell you that they see something and I'm not quite certain that what they're telling me I need is an immediate I needed. I feel that I always have to ask my husband before I allow any deep service be done to the car. It's nice a thing but it's the truth. I do think that they know that women would be more fearful and so they would have something done that may not have to be done. If you're discerning and you're aware of your own product, I think they are very good. They are personable, reliable and on time. Their services are very good.
