Septic Tank Service
They pumped my 1000 gallon tank for 5 minutes only. Then when they couldn't talk me into unneeded repairs, they tacked on another $200 to my bill for "removing extra sludge." I did call their office 3 times and sent a certified letter to the company (which was returned to me) about the situation. Cathy, the office contact had no answer for me when I asked her how is that physically possible to pump out a tank in 5 minutes let alone remove extra sludge. I requested that they send someone out to do the job properly to no avail. DO NOT even consider this company! I'm a woman, senior citizen, who they thought could pull the wool over my eyes. I've had septic tanks for over 40 years with no problems and I also know it does take 45 minutes to an hour to pump out a tank properly to quote Cathy, office manager.
