My dog had a simple ear infection with the slight hematoma which required them to cut it open and Stitch it they did not sedate my dog, my dog struggled which cut his ear almost in half matter fact he had several cuts on his ear they didn't put any stitches in it they wrapped it tight with tape and told us not to take the bandage off for a week by that time the flesh has started to die and it killed part of his ear my dog was in perfect shape before I took him to this vet where they mutilated him after I discovered that his ear was dying I took the bandage off I went back to the same vet I asked him to fix it and a refund the veterinarian told me to shut up that I didn't know what I was talking about and he called the police on me.

Please don't visit this veterinary clinic. I went there to get my puppy spayed. I called and asked how much it would be. The lady on the phone told me that they can't give a price until they see her first. I asked how much that cost. She said the consultation is free. I went there a lady came got my dog and took her inside. Came back shortly later and gave me a estimate on the surgery. I told her i would call and schedule the surgery for the first of the year. Then I got a bill for $50. I called and talked to the office manager. She said the doctor did me a favor of charging me the $50. That wellness checks cost more. I asked if they had anything in writing about the fee. No but when you go to get consultations it cost money. She's wrong there, most people don't charge for consultations especially when they are trying to get the big job. Stay away unless you like surprise bills. Oh this is funny when I said I'm not paying for a made up bill she said she was going to fire me as a customer. So if you don't go along with there communist tactics of paying there false bills they fire you as a customer. Go where they are professional.

When we first walked in the receptionist seemed concerned and they took her from us and straight to the back. Then most all of the talk from there on out was money, euthanizing or leaving with her. We were trying to come up with the $1000 deposit for them to even treat her at all. (As an emergency vet we thought they would be more understanding that people don't always have that much stowed away) We did ask them to please do the x-ray($175) to see if her back was broken. The x-ray came back and they said they saw no broken bones. We were hopeful we could save our furbaby. We tried for about 2 hours to come up with this money to have her treated and about every 20 minutes someone would come into the room and ask us to decide what to do. At around 10 pm a lady came into the room and said to us, "We are really slammed and we need you to decide if you want her put to sleep or leave with her now." How is life so invaluable to people who supposedly love animals so much? We ended up paying $94 for an emergency appointment, then another $257.30 and chose to leave with her to try and find a vet that could help us and work with us financially to save her life. They brought out our very lifeless cat who was limp and non-responsive to go home with. Within 30 minutes her body was stiff on the drive home. This is NOT compassion. If you lack compassion you should not be in this field. Animal life is important too and should not be used to profiteer! Find a vet with a heart because these people obviously lack in this area. Also, it is a good idea for you to realize that your words are easily heard through your doors so your laughing, jokes and mean comments about your clients is not a great way to earn any sort of respect.

Well, I called on Saturday morning and told them I needed and appointment and they said if I just came on in that they would charge me for an emergency appointment.  I explained that I had already paid the initial fee for my dog to be treated by their vets and they said that I could come on in.  Well, I arrived at 11:30 and they had posted that all emergency visits started at 11:40 am on Saturdays.  I figured since I checked in before that time, I would be ok.  At check out time they still charged me $90 with a total of $213.   I was very disappointed and told the receptionist so.  She did not seem phased.  I do believe I will be checking into some of the other veterinarians in the area.  I just feel like they are a bit too money hungry.

.I last saw them 6 months ago. I take her in periodically. She is 12 years old and she is a golden retriever. They are 24/7, 365 days a year. There is a premium charge if you go outside of hours. They are as reasonable as any other practice. The vets are very knowledgeable and personable. They treat my pet, like I would.

We feel our dog was properly cared for but that the price was a little high but emergency care always cost more.

My cat was operated on Monday and was well taken care for until it was time for me to pick him up. I now go to this hospital for both of my inside cats. It is about a 20 minute drive but it is worth the drive.

I've been going here for fifteen years now. They are just very warm people and treat your animals really well. It's a nice place to go and I feel like they really do care for your pets. They will find a way to get you an appointment if they need to.

Magnolia Clinic saw my cat first on an emergency call right before a holiday weekend even though she was not a patient of theirs. Throughout our whole experience, beginning with the initial diagnosis, continuing through one surgery and putting my cat to sleep, they were compassionate, gentle with my cat, and ready with good advice. They told us our options without urging us to try costly procedures just because they were available. They made our experience with putting our cat to sleep as painless as that situation could be.

My dog was perfectly fine in the afternoon. That evening, about 9, he became very sick to his stomach. With a sinking feeling that I was wasting everyone's time with a minor ailment, I took him in to Magnolia Veterinary Clinic, which has 24 hour emergency care. After examining the dog and taking an x-ray, Dr. Fuller came in to tell me that this was a real emergency, that my dog had a life-threatening condition called GDV and if he was not operated on immediately he would probably die. Dr. Fuller was very patient with my fear and questioning, explained everything very well, and assured me he would bring in a colleague to help him with the surgery. Though very upset about turning over my beloved pet to total strangers for such a procedure, I agreed. Dr. Fuller and Dr. Eaves literally saved my dog's life. The staff and doctors at Magnolia are first rate. I can't recommend them highly enough. It was expensive, because it's a costly operation, but it was worth every penny.
