Our sewer line backed up just after we'd moved into an older house that had been unoccupied for some time. We called John because he was highly recommended by a neighbor. After checking out our situation, he suggested that we call Roto Rooter to
determine where the blockage was, which we did. Roto Rooter gave us a rather pricey estimate of what it would cost to discharge the blockage and put in a clean out pipe because there wasn't one already installed in the yard. We then called John to see what he would charge, which was less than half of Roto Rooter's estimate. Needless to say, we hired John to do the work. He is honest, reliable, prompt, efficient, neat and does quality work. (He also did some inside work for us - fixed a leak and refitted the fixtures on our bathtub.) We will call him anytime we have plumbing issues.

He is always there when you need him and doesn't overcharge. He is also extremely honest. It is hard to find a good plumber like him.
