Mr. Hopkins returned my inital phone call right away and came to my home the same day. He was courteous and professional. He repaired two items for me and checked a third that didn't need a repair. He answered all of my questions.

He did a good job and I have requested numerous times that he come back to do a smaller job on securing the crawl spaces and he has not responded.

They were good. They are a small, local company. I felt that they did a good, basic job and that was all we were interested in. The price was very good.

Our house is about 1300 sq. ft. one story ranch with simple gable roof. We needed contractor who would work within our insurance claim allowance. This contractor was referred by my neighbor and turned out to be one of the lower cost estimates (big box stores estimated anywhere from 1500-8000 dollars more). I would gladly use Hopkins again.

He is one of those people who I can let into my home and I don't need to be there. We have used him for years and decided to use him again. He is a little bit on the expensive side, but you can trust him. He does electrical and handyman work. He is prompt and honest. He calls you back quickly when you call. I would recommend him to anyone.
