When I first called Home Shield Roofing, the owner personally took my call. Jeff understood the urgency of repairing a roof leak at a mercantile and despite his busy schedule, was able to arrive on the scene in less than an hour of receiving my call. Within ten minutes, he discovered a small bullet hole that was allowing water to leak through the roof of the store and soak the merchandise. After making the repair, he volunteered to pick up new matching ceiling tiles and install them in place of the damaged ones. I greatly appreciate his responsiveness, quality workmanship and offering to go the extra mile to make the store look better than before the leak. I highly recommend Home Shield Roofing.

The owner and employee explained how they would make the repair and showed me what they were doing. The job was done with a good effort to hide the new work-- my original shingles were obsolete. They protected my landscaping near the house and cleaned up every piece of scrap.
