He requests input to how somethings are done and gives us choices which adds our personal touch to our home.
His designer,Lamar is super, she took our conversation of what we would like an turned it into a home.
He gives us budgets for each phase and lets us know how we are doing with great sugestion as we go along. He is there to get the most for our money and will offer guidence to help us save. From the first day we met his the quality of the workmanship was outstanding. To say it nicely the QUALITY stands out
Again we cant stress enough that he is ahead of the process and his estimate figures enough cable outlets/electrical plugs/lightr fixtures and etc. We know from past experience that you get just a few basic with your estimate to build and everything else is an additional charge. You are truly getting a custom home for your money.
We HIGHLY recomend "Hodges HomeBuilders" to build your next home.
