Called Glenn's plumbing to come out and look at my septic tank that stopped working. I will admit they were very efficient in coming out that same day. Could not really tell me what was wrong until I got the septic tank pumped out. basically told me I was looking at a possible $3000 job if he did it. Single mom, furloughed due to COVID there was no way I could afford that. Was under the impression for them to come out and look at it there would not be a charge. I actually found someone to do the job and he worked it out with me and only charged me $1300. Septic Tank is working great. I since have gotten a bill from Glenns Plumbing for $150.00 that I was charged for them to come out and look at my septic tank along with threatening letters to turn me over to a magistrate if I do not pay it. I'm not sure what exactly I'm being bill for since they did not repair or replace anything. I would not recommend them. Seems very overpriced.

I didn't call them until 10 am this morning. They were very busy and weren't sure they could get here until tomorrow. However, I received a call from the repairmen at 4:30 pm to see if I was at home and if it was convenient for them to come. They arrived at 4:45 and were finished in 15 minutes, doing an excellent job. We have used Glenn Plumbing for years and have always received top-quality care.

I think plumbing is a little to high. They get it done alright. Just the other day I just replaced a fill valve in a toilet and it took me a while to do it, but I got it done. Plumbing is something eh you know. For instance what they did for me was put in a kitchen faucet and I just don't like to deal with that. It would take me two days and I might not have it right and I would be frustrated. So, I would rather pay a guy. It took him a couple hours putting the whole thing together and everything. They definitely just charge more than the rest of them I think, but I am just glad to get it over with. I think they get the job done, but they don't have to hurry to get out here it seems. They come when they can. Sometimes they come on short notice. I can't really knock them. You can't live without plumbers. Everyone has to make a living, but they are expensive. If you don't run your own business, you don't know what they go through, but still. Their punctuality is good. If a guy can come out and fix this problem you have that's driving you nuts, you don't really care how he is dressed. If he does a good job, that takes everything. I would say professionalism is when you get the job done. I would use them again, but I would try someone else possibly. I have had a friend help me out a couple times too. That's good. It's a lot cheaper. It seems like they build things more complicated now like your car, you can't work on your own car anymore.

I needed same day service due to my renters having no running water because of a burst water pipe under the house. Even though they were busy, they said they'd get to it and did so within four hours of my call. It took them about 40 minutes to do the repair which I was very pleased with.

Aaron (Glenn Plumbing) performed the work quickly and professionally. He and his crew cleaned up the site as always. Aaron, Jack and John have come to my rescue any number of times and saved the day. For example, my husband and I were leaving for a cruise one day. I went to the basement to get some clothes out of the dryer and discovered my water pipe had burst and was flooding the floor (tile, carpet, etc.). I immediately called Glenn Plumbing, explained the situation to Theresa and Aaron came right away and saved the day and our trip. Aaron solved another problem with ingenuity and skill when our bathtub started leaking around the faucets. It was a difficult and challenging job as the tub was completely enclosed in tile. There didn't seem to be any choice but to tear out part of the tile in order to get to the leaks. As the tub butted up to an outside wall, Aaron went outside, took part of the outside wall out and was able to make the repairs. He, then, replaced the wall to the point that I couldn't tell where he had taken them out to begin with. How about that for skill and craftsmanship? Obviously, I highly recommend this company.

At first, things seemed great. I called around noon and they were able to send someone to my house by 4 that day -- on one of the coldest days of the year no less. The price quoted was very reasonable.
My first sign that something wasn't quite right was when they opened drained the hot water heater right on the pad instead of hooking up a garden hose and putting the drained water a safe distance away (this is an outdoor water heater). This had the effect of turning the firm ground underneath the cement pad into mud.
They got the new water heater in, and then discovered one of the supply pipes had burst. They took it back out and began working on it. Midway through the job they essentially said and quot;it's 5 o'clock, we're not prepared for this, we'll come back tomorrow.and quot;
Remember that mud they created underneath the concrete pad? They left the pad in that mud and they left it horribly out of level - maybe a 15 to 30 degree tilt. When they came back the next morning (which was in fact, the coldest day of the year), the ground was frozen solid, and no one (not even a responsible plumber) could get that pad free from the frozen ground. Funny - seems they should have thought of that the day before.
They worked several hours and finally got it installed. When I went out to check it, the result looked terrible. The enclosure looked like it had been put together by a 10 year old boy who didn't have the right tools (trust me, I know what that looks like). It did not fully close, left gaping holes, and was awful. They simply leveled the water heater with shims and then threw the enclosure around it. With an enclosure like that, the new water heater would be rusted out in an incredibly short period of time.
I called and complained. Nothing. I got the bill - I called again and talked to the owner, expressing my concerns again (trying very hard to be professional in my language). So they assured me they would send someone out to fix it.
Within 2 hours, another pipe burst (and quot;that's not our fault, we didn't touch it.and quot;). From that moment on, I swore I'd never call another plumber, went to Lowe's and fixed it myself. The next day, another pipe burst - this time - it was the solder connection that Glenn plumbing had made was now bad and leaking. Again, so mad from the experience I had with them, I fixed it myself. I also took a video of the leak, before i cut it out -- showing the leak clearly coming from where they tied in their new red PEX lines into my existing copper lines. I simply didn't want their employees in my home (they obviously sent the C team to my house since I live on the and quot;not so niceand quot; side of town).
So what would you think when you come home from work one day, and find that all of the sudden, the water heater in your back yard - the one that is secured by a privacy fence and locked gate - was now suddenly level and the enclosure properly put back together? Obviously, someone has jumped my fence.
So, let's summarize here -- they drained the water without using a hose, created a muddy mess, left it there at 5pm, it froze out of level, they did a halfway job trying to remedy it instead of fixing it properly, assumed over the phone line that my new leak wasn't related to what they did, soldered a faulty connection to my existing lines so it began leaking in 2 days, and then broke into my back yard while I was home in order to fix their mistakes from before.
Does this sound like a company you want to hire?

Mr Glenn was present as were two other men. They dug a trench with a trench digging machine and accomplished the work in a timely and tidy manner.
I did not observe the whole process, but there were 3 people here working for several hours, at least the whole afternoon, (I did not time it). I feel the price was quite fair.
I'm awaiting a bill from the water company. Hopefully, a lower water bill.

They are the only plumbing company I've ever used. Aaron C. was the worker that came out and did a phenomenal job.

It was a positive experience. The job took a hour to complete. We had a blockage 47 feet away in the sewer line.
