FIRST IMPRESSIONS LAWN & HOME

Received an initial quotation and accepted the terms to have the work completed the following week. Didn't show up for that, so I figured he was having a busy season. Waited 2 more weeks and left messages, email...etc. Had to send him the quote # so he could recall what he needed to do. He showed up with a crew while I was as work and completed the work as per the quote. However, I was a little skeptical about the 2 tons of dirt and decided to check my security system since the location where all the dirt was going just happened to be right below one of my cameras. He loaded (not fully) eight industrial sized wheelbarrows to the location requested. The last time I had 2 tons delivered, it was by a dump truck and took several days to spread throughout the yard. According to the owner it would also be screened dirt and it was not.. When questioned about the dirt, he insisted that it was the correct amount. After several weeks of watering and paying particular attention to the dirt area, I called him to inform him that nothing is happening in that area. He came out and reseeded the area and put down the first cover of straw to help aid in growth. This area has yet to produce any grass at all. Heck, at least I had weeds growing there prior to this experience. Not getting enough abuse, I thought I might give him another try this year for spring maintenance and requested a quote for work. No reply, no surprise here...moved on to another service.
