Contacted 2 weeks prior, came out and gave a quote. They set the date for installation. They showed up on time - very courteous and professional. Installed new vents. Went over operations and cleaned up. Great price and value - I highly recommend Stiles.

Overall things went well. We have a service agreement and were having problems with one of our units. The service technician got our system working and needed to speak with the service manager about a permanent fix. Two weeks went by without any contact and the unit went out again. A technician came out and checked it out again, determining the unit had to replaced. The new unit was installed two days later. Overall, things went very well, except for the delay in contact from the service manager. The technicians were all very polite and neat in their work.

They're always thorough. We have three different level units, and they do their job. They put the booties on so they don't track mud in the house. They're very picky. They keep me posted.

They are pretty good. We have a service contract with them. The annual fee is about $200 for three units. They are always on time. They make sure that we know when their serviceperson is coming out. They are very punctual and neat. We've been dealing with them for several years and we are very satisfied. We plan to continue using them.
