I was very impressed with everything about the company and the job except for the finished product. I paid $3500 to have my 17 x 20 concrete floor cut out and a new one repoured just so that it would be level, and my new floor is not nearly level. It is just closer to level. Lee, the owner, came out himself to estimate the job. I was very impressed with him--he seemed very knowledgeable, honest, and professional. I had intended on getting several estimates but after meeting him I was convinced I wanted him to do the job. He discussed several options we could go down at different price points that would allow me to proceed with my garage project, including some that were very inexpensive. I opted to have him completely remove the old slab and pour a new one, including an apron/ramp that went 6 feet out into my driveway. He came out with his crew the next week and completed the project in 2 days, supervising the whole thing himself. It looked great. I was happy with the whole job until I went to measure for the frame around the door. I then realized that my new floor was still not level. Unlike the old one which sloped off 4 inches of height across the opening that would be the door, the new floor dipped on either side of the center, coming to a high point in the center of the garage door opening. It turns out the floor at the opening varies heights as much as 1 1/2 inch. Luckily that was a small enough discrepancy for the garage door people to accommodate with the weather strip at the bottom of the door, but it still causes some issues. Water leaks in a little at the edges of the door (the low points), and the unlevel-ness becomes very visible when the door is down because the door is straight. In summary, the company was great except they screwed up what was the whole purpose for doing the job. I only say that I would use them again because I believe based on the character of Lee that if he realized he'd screwed up my garage floor that badly he would go out of his way to do the next job extremely well and would probably give me a big price break.

Lee Davis initially surveyed our property, went over options and ultimately designed the concrete work. He customized it to the look of our home, using stamping and coloring techniques. As soon as he received our commitment, he ordered the concrete and scheduled the job. The job began on time and continued on time throughout with zero delays. Lee did everything he told us he was going to do. His people were professional and very hard working. The project turned out great. Lee also included some extras at no charge; even suggested that my two daughters place their hand prints in the porch - nice finishing touch.
