Description of Work: Actually showed up early and started working on the outside before I arrived. Explained what we could expect with a service contract, and let us know we could call whenever we experience a problem with pests. Very professional, friendly, and competitively priced.

Description of Work: I had a massive water leak in my fully finished basement that I was currently using for storage. I was down 3 days prior and was totally dry, 3 days later a hot water line directly out of the hot water heater had broken and I had a mini water fall over my downstairs kitchen and about 3-4 inches of water on the floor . Huge mess and since it was a hot water line mold started growing almost immediately. My insurance needed a quote with the mold treatment separate from the demolition and removal of water damage walls. This is the only company I could get to give me a quote the way my insurance would accept it even after explaining to the other 3 companies how my insurance worked for water damage and mold several times, the companies would still send be a quote with the cost all together and would not separate mold treatment from removal of damaged materials. They came in the first day and started removing all remaining items (nothing was savable) and tearing out the water damaged walls. this took about 4 days to do. They were continually spraying with some kind of mold deterrent on the visible mold, and had brought several large air purifier machines to keep the mold spores from spreading as they worked. They had sealed off my basement from the upstairs and could only get in from the outside door. The last step was painting all exposed surfaces with a sealant of some kind so if they missed any mold it would not be able to get air and would die. They have left one of the air filter machines and added a dehumidifier to make sure everything is dry and filtered out and will came back in two days to test the air and pick up their remaining machines. The fist test still showed mold so they came back retreated some areas and re filtered the air for a few more days, retested my air and it came back good. They said they did not seal of my dryer vent for the outside for the first test so they believe the bad test was from that. I am very satisfied with the work and would highly recommend them if you have water damage and mold in your house.

Description of Work: Wanted ceilings checked for presence of asbestos. Called, told what to do, got samples, how to mark them. Brought them to company, got the results back. Pleased with all aspects of service.
