I took my computer in even though it was still under warranty from Gateway. I paid the initial service charge. They checked what was wrong, contacted gateway for me, shipped the computer to Gateway to replace all parts, and double checked the computer to make sure everything was repaired properly by Gateway and installed two programs to help keep the computer in good working condition all for the initial service charge of $50.00. I didn't have to worry about anything but picking up my computer. It is now June 15th and is still working perfectly. I couldn't have asked for better service, and the technician who helped me went out of his way to make the experience worry free.

It was a disappointing experience with Cyber Solutions Inc. I paid the basic service charge but, they did nothing and it was the same. They called me once to get authorization to do some work but that could not solve the issue. I will not take the Mac there again. The Mac dealer is in the next city and I will go there if needed. The main manager had some family problems and it was not handled professionally. The communication was very weak. If someone wants to use them then they should ask for references first which I did not do.
