Description of Work
CDC provided an outstanding framing crew who built our house. Their reliability and top quality work was exemplary. Chad Cromer was always very responsive to our questions and proposed some good solutions to minor issues that arose. He did whatever it took to steer the job to completion.

Description of Work
Completely gutted the old large bathroom, removed old tub, commode, vanity, ceramic tile floor, sub flooring and a couple of floor jousts. Installed all new, 2 floor jousts, subfloor, bathtub, commode, flooring and vanity. Repaired necessary plumbing. Also removed flooring and sub flooring from shower in small old bathroom. installed new sub flooring, morter and new ceramic tile.
