Went smoothly start to finish. Plans were sent via email and after requesting a couple of substitutions, I met with Gary to review final plan. Work was done on time in agreement with my schedule. I called several times with various questions mainly around plant health. The large tree in the back seemed unhappy in this heat and Gary came and checked on it several times. Also they came out and straightened the tree after extreme winds moved it slightly. During that maneuver, the tree trunk was scraped but Ethan assured me they would replace the tree if it does not do well. I felt I paid a fair price and I'm very happy with the results and especially the friendliness, professionalism and responsiveness of the Collin's team.
