cable tv service
+ -1 moreThe service is terrible. We cannot even get the channels we pay for. This has been going on for years. I would never recommend them to anyone. They did a survey that I responded to, and it was not good. We received a call from someone in the company. They had a technician to our home for someone to come out and looked at everything. He was professional, sympathetic and did all he could. He did locate a problem, the next day I tried to use the on demand service and could not purchase a movie with it. They ended up charging us for the service call when they had originally told me there was no charge for this visit. We did get reimbursed for the charge after my husband screamed at them on the phone. I will not use them again in the future.
Description of Work: They provide me with cable television services.
