I am extremely impressed with the professionalism shown by Paul, from how he went out of his way to rearrange his schedule to squeeze us in since we were without water due to a leak under our home, to his communication regarding arrival time, respectful treatment of our home, and speed of service (he was here and gone so quickly I hardly believed he was done till he told me to turn on the faucet). Plus, his rate was well under what we expected to pay given that we live a rather long distance from his shop, so the travel time is long, and it was a time-sensitive issue that required him to juggle his schedule quite a bit. I could not be more pleased with the work he did and will definitely use him again if the need arises. In the meantime, I will be recommending him to anyone I know who needs plumbing services. Top notch!

I called Paul and had him quote replacing the copper pipe under my house due to various leaks. He quoted a very reasonable price and within a few days came out and had the job done before I got home from work ... although all the banging and clanking freaked my dog out :-) He also rerouted a gray water drain and came back a few times to make adjustments to make it work properly even though the problem was none of his doing (pre-existing condition). I would highly recommend him to friends!

Paul was very easy to work with, listened to our needs, and provided a good solution at a very reasonable cost.  He came when he said he would and did a very good job.  He is going to do the finish plumbing once we have completed the construction.  I would highly recommend him.

He was very busy but made time for us.  He was here longer than he thought but he would not leave until he made sure there were not leaks.  Cleaned up after himself and was a very nice peson.

Our water heater went out on Sunday and I called Candler's Plumbing early Monday morning.  Paul came to my home as soon as he could, diagnosed what had happened to our water heater and suggested we get a new unit since it had been 17 years since our water heater had been replaced.  He gave me an estimated price and I said that would be fine.  He brought in the new water heater, installed it and connected a drain upstairs for a new dishwasher.  The actual cost for the work only varied $10.00 from the original estimate.  Paul explained all aspects of the work and of the final bill.  He was very professional and personable and the cost was very reasonable.  We are very satisfied customers and will use Candler's Plumbing in the future.

We had a water heater that had been malfunctioning for several weeks, causing us to have to reset it constantly. We were given his name by another plumber who lives a distance away from us and recommended Candler since he's local. Candler called and made plans to come out that night. Since the job he was working on took longer than expected, he offered to send out someone else or come the next morning. We chose for him to come the next morning. He arrived promptly with his associate. They checked the heater, found the problem, but also found that it was leaking. We decided to replace the water heater since it was over 40 years old. They went and bought a heater for us and returned within an hour, installed it, and removed the old heater. They were completely professional and courteous and the cost seemed very reasonable taking into consideration the time involved and their having to go a distance to buy the replacement unit. Will definitely use again when needed. Would recommend him without hesitation.

They did quite a bit of work, and it was done perfectly. They were recommended. We've had several encounters with them, and they've all been very, very satisfactory.
