He's okay. You don't seem him that often. They use these little things that they put in the ground all around your house and the theory is the termites will go to that because they got something in there that is soft wood or something like that. I don't keep up with all the new stuff, but they come around and check those to see if there are any termites in them or have been in them or something like that. One time I had some mulch put out and there was some termites in the mulch and then one day I had these flying insects in the house, they were termites, so Jimmy came out and he had this big tank, about a 500 gallon tank, on the back of his trailer and he filled it with water and mixed his stuff in there and he went around my whole foundation. So far that has worked real good. 500 gallons of water mixed with the whatever the stuff they use there, but I shouldn't have to pay for that. As a matter of fact, I just paid him the annual renewal of $335. They came out here and boom boom and spread that all around my foundation, but otherwise I don't seem any other guy come by here and check those traps. I'm not here, but they do it about every 45 days. Sometimes I'm home, but I have not seen them in 3 months.
