 + 0 moreNeeded gutters and downspouts cleaned and tightened.Took a while to get a response/quote/appointment, but he and an assistant did a good job with the gutters.We also discussed 2 other projects - one small, one an extension/construction. He emailed basic ideas for the extension project and said he would send quotes. I heard nothing for about 3 weeks. Finally emailed him, plus I had one thing needed adjusting on the gutter job (which he'd said he'd do, if needed.) He emailed back that he'd be in town the next week and would take care of the gutters, plus let me have completed quotes for the other jobs. He never showed up or contacted me.I waited 2 weeks and emailed him again. That was a week ago, and still no response I have no complaints about the gutter work that was done, and would use him again for this. However his ability to communicate is terrible.Because of this, I will likely not use him for the other projects - if he ever replies.
Description of Work: Needed someone to clean/tighten my clogged gutters and downspouts.

Description of Work: Ark construction performed renovation/remodeling of master bathroom in 2003 for $9974. In Nov 2008 had to repair water damage caused by toilet installed by them for additional $534. In Spring of 2010 had to return to repair tiles in same bathroom due to continued water damage. In Sept 2010 called for additional repairs to steam shower originally installed by them. At first was receptive to rectify water damage, then stopped returning calls. Another contactor was called for the $3000 in additional repairs needed to repair/replace steam shower and subfloor damaged by water. Now pursuing legal means to recoup monetary losses due to incompetent work.
