Justin/Appliance Tech has come out at least 4 times through our home warranty, so I can't speak to their pricing/value. However, I can speak to his professionalism, timeliness, knowledge and thoroughness - which are all fantastic. I will not hesitate to call them again, even when we no longer have the warranty.

ok it was only a switch not turned on an the service man turned on the switch and charged me $50

Punctual, great follow up on getting authorization for repair, ordering the part and returning to install the part. Very nice to deal with and I will use this company again for future appliance repairs.

Justin came to my house to fix my fridge and give me an estimate. He had to order a part that was delivered to him in a weeks time. When the part arrived, he called me to schedule a time to came out and was on time. Fridge was fixed right away, I was very happy with this service. He even noticed my dryer was making a funny noise, and fixed it free of charge.

This is the third time we have used Appliance Tech's services. We have been SO pleased with the services. Justin is incredibly professional and a genuinely nice person. He has fixed both our washer AND dryer (he's fixed the dryer twice now-for 2 unrelated issues). He is always right on time, usually coming at the beginning of the time window he gives. He is great at assessing the issue and works quickly to fix it. We have tried other appliance technicians in our area (that were assigned the work through our home warranty) and have not been anywhere close to as satisfied as we were with Appliance Tech. I cannot recommend his services enough! We would not consider another appliance company in our area-Appliance Tech is clearly the best!
