Have used them before. We struggled to get them started because we were a work in the schedule. Had to resched several times. Day of work they were prompt and professional.

Our neighbor was having a tree removed that joined both of our property lines. Charles and his team came out to remover the tree on a very hot morning.  They worked quickly and efficiently to remove the tree using a bucket and securing each section with a rope to keep from damaging any other trees and or structures.  After they finished I walked over to see if they would give me an estimate to remove a few limbs.  Charles dusted himself off and walked over with me right away; his crew continued the clean up and load the tree to be removed.  He looked at the two branches that i was worried about.  One was from a 200 year old white oak that had lost a branch high up and it had fallen into a nearby Hickory tree the other was from the same 200 year old white oak that had died and was hanging over the carport.  Charles spent several minutes surveying the situation and gave me an estimate 1/10 of another highly rated tree company I found on Angie's list.  I had just seen his work and new he was very professional  so I agreed.  Much to my delight they started ten minutes later.  Charles removed not only the two branches in question but several others that were damaged in the hickory that we had not talked about.  He also removed two additional branches in the white oak that were damaged or dead.  His crew began to clear my driveway of debris and even stacked the cut sections of branches for me to use as firewood, with out being told!  Once back on the ground I was prepared for the price to increase instead Charles hoped I was satisfied wanted to know if he needed to do more and it was for the price he quoted.  That is honest service.  I will use him again to trim dead branches out of other trees in the yard.  I will also be getting firewood and wood chips from them this fall.!!
