We saw this company had great customer reviews and better pricing for lumber to build our deck, so we went with them. When we ordered the wood they assured us that it would be delivered Friday May 30. The next day we received a phone call informing us that all of the wood we ordered would not be available as it did not arrive on their truck. We accepted that and told them it was okay, sometimes things are just out of their control. 
When they actually did deliver the wood they informed us it would be around lunch on Friday. Both of us took long lunches that day to try to cover the time period we thought they would arrive. Lunch for them turned out to be around 2:45 pm. My husband snuck out of work to be able to meet the drivers and walked them through our backyard to show them where we needed to drop the wood. As a sign of thanks and good faith he tipped the driver and raced back to work. Fast forward two hours when we get home from work they left the wood in the front of our driveway! We were unable to get any of our cars or building equipment to the back of the house to build the deck until we moved all of it! 
Needless to say I was very disappointed in the way they handled our order and quite honestly furious with how the delivery driver lied to our face. I will not be using them again for future projects. If you choose to use them, beware of what they promise you.
