I used them to correct the incomplete and fraudulent build that the original builder did. They corrected some electrical problems. They finished all of the interior finish work that we never completed. They installed a pendant light that I was missing that the builders said that he couldn’t put in. They had to tear the deck because that was all warped and the wood was not done, it was not a good wood that he used. And it was also a court violation. They ripped that out and put a patio for us, because we should have had a patio in the first place because the deck was right upon the ground. They also ripped out our front side walk which was poured above grade and was cracking and stuff. So he poured the new mock way for us. They are very wonderful people and very wonderful continual. Their prices were excellent as far as we were concerned and much better than anyone else we had encountered in the area. The quality of the work was good. They were complete on time which was great. I highly recommend them. We would use them again because we want the siding ripped off and make sure the installation is done properly, I know it’s a mess and e also want the plumbing redone. This house is only 2 years old.
