Pricing is hard to do because I haven't gone anywhere. There's nothing they could have done better.

Exceptional service, professionalism. Dog is always happy after boarding.

We are going in today to get something from the shop. The thing that I like about Dr. Holly is that she is really good with geriatric dogs. We had two and she took care of both of them, and she had to put both of them down, and she was just very very good about that. We have two more now, and they see her as well.

I took the receipt back and I did get refunded of $43. I should of never been charged in the first place. I wonder how many people have been overcharged. In my opinion, they are crooks and you better check your receipt before you leave.

I had to take him back a few days later due to him itching so much. The doctor took him off of Novox and put him on prednisone along with 25 mg of Benadryl up to 3 times a day to help with the itch and help him sleep at night. That worked and he fully recovered. I have to comment on how friendly everyone is there. I have taken both my dog and my cat there since I relocated back to Aiken and they have always made me so glad to have them as my animals' doctors. I am very happy with this place!

Extremely well. They have great hours. Drop off was quick and convenient as was the pick up. All services were performed and my dog was healthy and happy. Holly Woltz has been our family vet for at least 20 years. She is a consummate professional and meticulous in her choice of partners and staff. I never worry which vet I will see when I take in a pet. Her facility has been AAHA certified for 32 years. It is always clean and well stocked. Staff is professional, well groomed, courteous and knowledgeable. i have had just about every service available provided including a very professional and compassionate experience when I had to euthanize a pet. I would recommend Veterinary Services without reservation.

In terms of price, they are ok. They are not the least inexpensive. They are reasonable but they are not the least expensive. I do have experiences with other veterinarians. What I like about them is the ability to bring and drop my animal in without appointment, just drop them in and they would take them in during the day. Therefore, if they are busy and all the appointments are taken, you can still bring them in and drop them there for the day, if you want you could do that and they would take care of them. I would recommend them to family or friends. They are pretty good with animals and the animals have not reacted badly to them. I would use their services again in the future.

The whole process went smoothly, with no complications. The staff was friendly, courteous and competent. We are new to this area and appreciated the professional service of our first visit. Plan to keep Ark Animal Hospital as our permanent vet.

She is wonderful. She will listen to my concerns and allow me to make my own diagnosis without laughing at me. She takes what I say into account when she treats my animals. She and her staff are very caring. They may be a little pricey but they are very thorough.

A kitten wandered onto our property Saturday evening and was there Sunday. Since she adoped us and she's a stray, we decided she needed to be checked by a vet ASAP. I contacted Veterinary Services on Monday morning and had an appointment on Tuesday afternoon. They reminded me to be there a little early to fill out paperwork. We arrived for our appointment and, despite the fact that the phones never stopped ringing and they had 2 emergencies show up, the staff was prompt and very courteous. We waited only about 10 minutes in the exam room for the tech. Very friendly and knowledgeable, she explained all the options for the visit and patiently answered my questions. She very gently took the kitten for her testing. Upon returning 20 minutes later, she explained everything that had been done, what the results were and told me the Dr. would be in shortly. Less than 5 minutes later, Dr. Weiss came and apologized for keeping me waiting, explaining 2 emergencies had come in that required his attention before he saw Cleo. He was gentle, attentive, answered all my questions clearly and concisely and explained treatment options for fleas and feeding. He encouraged me to make an appointment for the followup shots she will need and at the same time to have her spayed. The front reception staff was very helpful in outlining when I could have her spayed, how long she would need to be there and explained the itemized bill. We got a ton of goodies as a new patient AND the bonus - this week is National Bring Your Cat to the Vet week so we got additional goodies! They made it a point to ask if they too could see Cleo and pet her, which I thought was nice because they didn't have to do that. Overall I found the whole organization to be very professional! They all seem to interact with the animals in a caring and gentle way. They are very patient in explaining options for treatment, services and the bill. The offices are clean, cheerful and organized. I highly recommend them!
