This week, I reached out to Mr. Ernest Thomas about a problem with my sprinkler system. One of my five zones was not working, and I suspected a solenoid issue. Ernest quickly confirmed my suspicion and repaired the solenoid, but he did not stop there. During his inspection, he discovered a hidden pipe leak in a second zone. For years, we'd noticed the grass in that area was unusually lush, but we never imagined a leak could be the cause. Ernest efficiently handled both repairs and took the initiative to reconfigure the solenoid box underground for better functionality. The quality of his work is outstanding, and the cost was very reasonable. Ernest's professionalism and expertise were evident throughout the process. I highly recommend Ernest Thomas for any sprinkler system issues!
