The company was extremely hard to talk to. They would not return my calls and kept putting me off on the repairs. Three weeks have gone by with no action. When I mentioned that I might get the carpet, which was most of the repairs somewhere else, they told the insurance company to cash me out. My insurance company uses them as a preferred provider and said they would stand behind the work. Now I have to find another contractor. Do not use these folks for anything other than carpet cleaning.
