Robert is very courteous and competent. He took me outside and showed me areas that might be problem issues, because he didn't want to wash those areas without my consent. He explained why they might not tolerate the pressure, and how we might do a "work around". He was very professional, and I immediately liked him. I'd recommend him in a heartbeat.
