It was obvious that our dog was cared for and interacted with based on the personalized very thoughtful report card we received. Also typically groomers have a difficult time trimming her nails as she’s scared. They did a wonderful job with her “pawdicure” and most importantly our dog did great! Staff was awesome!

My family has boarded our animals there throughout the years, and after moving out of the parents house and getting my own dog I had planned to utilize them as well. On more than one occasion my dog was returned to me sick - worms once, and another time he vomited up food that was not dog food. Naturally my husband called to complain. Well, apparently instead of apologizing and offering to fix the problem on our next visit they decided that we were no longer welcome at their facility. When I called to give them one more chance (deciding to bring our own food instead of trusting theirs a third time), I was hung up on after I told the guy my dogs name. I tried to call back multiple times, and there was no pickup. When I called back the next day I was informed that "because the last few times you were not happy with his level of care we feel it's best that you find someplace else to board him." Beware of a place that would rather black list you than make things right with a customer.

Grooming was very satisfactory

It went well.  We only needed them boarded for overnight, but we brought them early Saturday morning and pick them up at pick up time on Sunday between 4-5. I love that I have a safe place for my animals to board, when we need to leave town for one night or a week.  They had playtimes during the days, and I get a progress report on how they behaved, and sometimes I get pictures of my dogs playing with their friends.  I also bring my dogs there to be groomed, and have been very happy with the grooming services they provide. I highly recommend them for the outstanding services they provide!

They were wonderful with my cat, who is very shy and afraid in unfamiliar circumstances

Our dog was happy and clean when we picked her up! The pick up times were limited due to it being over a holiday and a weekend...so we ended up paying for 2 extra days and really just wanted to get our dog home! Overall, it was a great experience and we would use them again.

Kandi was so loving and sweet with him that I believe she worked miracles. My dog is very hesitant with strangers and just did not like the last groomer from a different place but seemed to love Kandi when I went to pick him up. He was very relaxed with her and I knew immediately she worked wonders. I have found my groomer and it feels wonderful.

My Levi loves to go there! They take time with him, talk with him, and do an excellent job with his grooming.
Candi is the BEST!!!!!
This is the only groomer I will use!!!
