Our home has been neglected since my wife was diagnosed with Alzheimer's several years ago. I am still working so "keeping up" with housecleaning, etc. has been a real challenge for me, especially since I never did very much housecleaning over the years. My wife always handled this. Now she is unable. I searched for someone to help us and was blessed to discover Hattie! She is truly an angel! Not only does she do an excellent job cleaning the entire house, but she is very kind and patient with my wife during this trying time in our lives. Hattie also helps doing the laundry when needed.
Hattie came to our home before she was hired to assess our needs. She gave us an estimate of cost and was very up front with what would be required. She told me that she wasn't the least expensive housecleaner in the area, but she was the best! :) After seeing the results of her work, I will concur!
She came to our house with a helper during the first cleaning and they did a thorough job of cleaning a badly neglected home. They came back again the following week and continued working through organizing and cleaning our home. They will be back next week to follow up. I am planning on having them come back 2 or 3 times a month.
Hattie has been excellent in communicating directly with me when any issues come up. I highly recommend Hattie. She is awesome!
