As a realtor, they weren't so good selling my house but as a rental agency, they were fine. They didn't place the sign in the yard like they were supposed to so my house fell in the market for a month or two with no sign in my yard. That was actually with rental but the house was rented right away after the sign was placed in the yard. But I lost two months. I am still using their service since I have a maintenance agreement with them. They were fine after I got it rented.

I had a very good experience with them. The realtor took us to about 30 homes . Everytime I said something she took notes to make sure she found what we wanted. I am using them again soon.
