She advertised on a local site that she would clean for $10.00 a room. I talked with her and she came over and gave me the prices that it would cost to do the work that I wanted done. There was a lot of things that she was supposed to clean, but she didn't get to everything and it took more time than she originally thought. After she was done cleaning there was a lot of things going on and she walked out after I paid her without us doing the walk through like we had agreed upon. I contacted her the next day to let her know of my dissatisfaction, she came over and kept telling me that everything was not in the package. I told her that it was what I wanted and I told her that I would like my check back I would be happy paying $40.00 and for us to go our sperate ways. She said no, so I stopped payment on the check and then after I stopped the check she is charging me for a criminal act of writing a worthless check because I didn't agree to our verbal agreement. I felt that she did a bate and switch and that she lied to me.
