Car Washes, Auto Sales
After being highly recommended by Wayne Heath, I used their car detailer to get my Mazda Miata ready to place on the market. When I attempted to pick up the car later, they didn't have it. It was in the garage being worked on. The detailer had blew out my spark plugs while cleaning the engine. After getting the car home and removing the convertable hard top, I find that the soft top window has been gashed from one side to the other. Of course, Ladd Britt is now claiming they have no liability to the poor workmanship of the detailer and I was taking a big risk in using him after all! Now I'm out roughly $650 for a new top or I have to drop the asking price on the car for the next owner to replace the window!
