I heard a clacking sound and then a whining sound coming from under the hood. I had originally called a repair shop that closer but was told they couldn't even look at my car until 7 days later. They suggested Jordan's. I called and Brent said to bring the car in the next morning and he would look at it but that I would need to leave it and he would call me. He called and explained the problems and said he could have it ready by Friday. He gave me an estimate. When I picked up the car he said he found a less expensive part so the charge would be less. Since I live on a fixed income, this was really great news. He didn't have to do that. I appreciate the fact he went out of his way to try and reduce my bill. Jordan's also provided a ride to and from my residence which really helped me out. I will definitely be using them in the future.

They do a good job at finding and fixing rather obscure and difficult problems with my aging vehicle. They stand behind their work and fix problems correctly. They work with you to diagnose and recommend solutions. No fear of being ripped off, and they do not cause and quot;collateral damageand quot; like other repair shops I could name.

This company has been working on my 1985 VW Vanagon since I bought it several years ago. It has needed a LOT of work, and every time, they are quick, competent, caring, and very professional. I recommend them to all. I even have a friend with a 1984 VW Vanagon that drives 60 miles, from Columbia, SC for them to work on her vehicle.

Had to order the proper parts, which usually come from a VW specialty parts store, as the parts are often not to be had in a regular auto parts supply store, or even at at VW dealership (which doesn't work on these old vehicles anyway). They usually get the parts rather quickly, even given the specialty status of the items. As usual, Jordan's is professional, quick, courteous and competent.
