He started right away, ripping out the old carpet and hauling it away. At first, just the 3 bedroom side of our split floorplan. Then we didn't see or hear from him for four days. Long story short, every time we called him, he said he would be by that night but would never show, only in the daytime when we weren't there. It took 3 weeks. In fairness, we did have to wait on transition strips BUT, he waited until they came in to finish laying the laminate when all he had to do was come by and finish when we got the strips. After they came in, he said he would be by that day to finish and he came 3 days later. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!
