ed to call me but Crystal refused and said she would call. The guard said she saw her drive away. Crystal lied to me and then had the gall to raise her voice to me that it was my fault and not hers. On a previous occasion she had knocked a painting off the wall while cleaning. The fall chipped the frame. She did not offer to pay for the repair. Crystal is not professional.
