Eco Design Homes has been designing & building new green homes & renovations since 1976. We built the only Earthcraft certified home in Aiken,SC in 2007. Also Sam was the project supervisor for the HGTV LEED GOLD Green Home Giveaway house in Hilton Head ,SC.

We have used them several times. We used them in 2008 to do a major renovation on our house and we have a green certified house and they took through the green certification process. Then we used them again to put an addition on the back of our house in 2010. We are very pleased with them. They do very high quality work. They keep in communication with you in terms of when they are going to show up and if there are any issues, if there is going to be any kind of delays or any kind of changes. Their estimated cost is pretty much on target in terms of conversations that we have had. They have provided written estimates so things are done in writing. The head of the company, who we've gotten to know quite well is very experienced.
