We had Donna come over to interview her for a Selling Realtor. She was professional, didn't just tell us what we wanted to hear, straight forward, gave us a 10 year history. Seemed like the perfect realtor. She said our house would sell for about 117-132 (I wrote it down) we were hoping for 155. She told us to get an appraisal (and told us who to go with), said if we still want to sell our house after the appraisal, she will reimburse us for the price. So we did. It coincidentally came back EXACTLY what she suspected.... EXACTLY. Fishy since she told us to go through her. After we got the appraisal back with a range 117-133. We decided to list it at 140 and let the buyer drop it to 130ish. Donna said we had to list it at 125. I said we didn't want to because the seller will try to drop it to 120 or even lower. She told us to find another realtor. She said she only wants a quick sale. She scammed us!!!!!! 6 weeks wasted, $300 lost, find a different realtor. One who looks out for you! Donna is only out to make a quick commission check, and she will do that by tricking you into selling your house for much less than its worth so she can get a quick sale.
Description of Work: Real Estate Agent, scammed us. Tried to get us to sell at a huge loss so she could get a quick commission, regardless of how much we lost.
