I had worked with a different company that my warranty was under and I couldn't stand them. I kept having problems with my fans burning out. It turned out that the other company didn't inform me that my vents were too small for the size of the air conditioner that had been put in the house before I bought it. The fans were continuing to burn out and my warranty was almost up. I tried to get it done by these people who were horrible, to make it right. They kept refusing and finally came back and said they would do it at what it would cost which was almost $400. I called Custom Air because they were with my warranty at that time. They came out and told me the same problem. They informed me that they would put a new vent and charged a $100 less for everything that these guys were going to do for materials only. They were here all day and were wonderful. They were great and I would highly recommend them. They went above and beyond.

Analysis went well; found very small leak; advised to use EMERG HEA:T for heating, that cooling should not result in major leak; May want to change out for gas-pack unit; will limp along until gas installation at residence. Found charge to be less than 1/3 for recharging old R22 unit vs. quote from competitor.

Received estimate the same day as called; began work following week, worked steadily 2+ days to completion. Made correction to duct filter placement as requested. Cleaned up everything.
