It was not very good. They were dishonest and lied to me. I entered into a dual agency agreement with them. They lied to me the entire time. I had to get lawyers involved. It was a real estate nightmare.

I would like to comment on Sue. She came to my house on the possibility of selling my home. Sue was up to date on all the houses in my area which really helped a lot and knew what to sell my house for. Before she left she even fixed my remote. I would not hesitate to use her again. She felt like family. Thank you Sue. The Lord is good.

I was transferred to the area this summer and was initially interested in renting a house. My husband called several agents and Sue was the first to call him back. She showed us several houses for rent in our price range, spending lots of time in the evenings looking for property listings and emailing them to us. We told her that we might be interested in buying. She said that we could get a nicer place for the same monthly payment if we purchased, so we decided to see what we could get. Sue began showing us properties for sale, sending us listings and quickly figured out what we wanted before we really knew ourselves. There was lots of negotiating that went into the purchase of our home and Sue was wonderful! She made all the calls, facilitated inspections, appraisal, and got tough with the seller's agent when they started trying to renege on the contract. Due to my company's limit on how long they would store my household goods and put us up in temporary quarters, we had to get the deal done fast. It took only 29 days from the time we made the offer to the day we closed. Sue worked just as hard looking for rental properties as she did looking for us properties on sale, despite the fact that she would have made significantly less money. She's honest, friendly, hard working, and a sweet lady to boot. She was very responsive to all our questions and concerns, emailing or calling other parties for answers when necessary.

We love our new house and we have Sue Martin to thank for it. Thank you, Sue!!!
