Cabinet Making
Specified/requested a carmel colored glaze. Took months to produce 3 samples (first color sample which was gray w/ black glaze, second sample which was yellow w/ orange glaze, final looked like it was the result of a kitchen fire). Gave him a can of Ralph Lauren caramel glaze when he stated there wasn't any available and never saw him or our deposit again. Refused our calls, doesn't answer emails.
