 + -1 moreI felt like it was a total waste of money
Description of Work: The job, mainly, was to fix loose bricks on the front steps. Also, the fireplace, which is brick, needed some mortar work where a crack was from the house settling. The mortar color was the issue and I wanted someone who knew what they were doing to perform the work. If I wanted to just slap some grey mortar on this I could have bought it myself at Lowes. Although the mortar around the fireplace seems to be done correctly, the color is all wrong. The front steps were not finished and the contractor left a mess to be cleaned up. Although I was promised a return in the morning to clean it up, he never returned. The color looks horrible on the front steps.
