The repairman came in . I ran the list of repairs i needed. One by one he took a look at each problem and resolved them all.
When I mentioned I had been told repairing the tub leak would require tile removal and could b expensive he looked at it and instead of agreeing and possibly pocketing more cash he said all it needed was to replace the washer and i have had no problems . Great work
