Ms. Morrison returned my inquiry call within 24 hours. She came over to discuss the project with me and made recommendations about what she thought would look nice (even though it was not what I originally thought I wanted). She completed the job within a few days (the process requires one level of color to dry before the next one is applied). She was extremely pleasant to work with and provided me pictures of work she had previously completed. She was a joy to work with and offered me options that would blend in with my interior decor.
