The contractor who built my home in 2003 had gotten Mr. Powell to initially install my gutters and that was 11 years ago. I have not had a problem with them until now and I am convinced this problem was caused by my not having the gutters cleaned as I should have. It certainly reminds me of the old adage, "An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure!"
I would definitely use Mr. Powell again and would recommend his company to anyone wanting gutters initially installed or having gutters that needed repair.
