We will never use him again. The whole experience from A to Z was terrible. I am shocked we even sold the house through that realtor. Luckily we are happy with the house we are in right now and not planning to go anywhere. He did not once answer our telephone calls and after we finally sold the house, we spoke to the buyers and they too said he never returned their calls. I don’t know why you would not return the buyer’s calls. He was extremely unprofessional. He would make promises of getting us finance or we will do an open house, everything he promised, he never ever mentioned again and it never happened. He will call you to do something and that would be the last you hear of it. There is no follow through whatsoever. He was horrible. We should have switched but I just had a baby so we just stuck with him and hoped we sold the house. It was awful.

This man NEVER returned our telephone calls.....he sold our home to one of his customers, who also stated that he NEVER returned their calls, either.  Who doesn't return the calls of a buyer??

This guy promised us a mortgage (private) for renovations on the new home we purchased from another agent.  He even went so far as to once tell me that he would cover the private mortgage himself, obviously to reassure me.  He referred us to one individual for the private mortgage, and this guy was rude and never called me back after our initial contact.

Luckily I managed to find a mortgage broker who helped me obtain the loan we were looking for.  We closed without a work from Frank Dipietro about the mortgage he promised to help us obtain.

After moving in, he said he wanted to come by to see us and never did....he also was very obviously not interested in talking to us any longer once the sale was completed.  He couldn't have been less interested.

I honestly think we could have done much better having just sold the house on our own, by owner.  The whole process of dealing with Mr. Dipietro was a stressful, unpleasant and frustrating experience.

 I wouldn't recommend him to anyone!
