Chariho Furniture

.I called Chariho Furniture to see what they were going to do about this. Their response was most disheartening. They informed methat they had done all they could do and that I should have the back cushions cleaned to see if that would solve the problem. When I asked if they were going to pay for this they replied that that wasn't their policy. When I explained that this whole mess was the manufacturers fault not mine and that I still do not have the sofa that I paid for I was basically given the same response and no they would not pay for the cleaning, They explained that of course the couch had been used and it would not match the newer fabric. This is a company I have bought furniture from just recently a dng. table and chairs. The thought that they would be so unresponsive to this issue confuses me.Why would a company risk their reputation for something that could be handled easily. What this told me was if they had to pay for it it wasn't going to happen. The quote on cleaning the back cushions was $ 90.00. Obviously I was expected to pay for this and if it didn't work it was not their problem. Chariho did not incur any expense in getting me new cushions( that was the manufacturers problem). The end result here is "BUYER BEWARE" what looks like a reputable furniture is not!!!!!!!!!!! I will proceed with whatever I can to get this rectified.
