- Used cheap materials for job then left chimney looking worse than before. Cap was put on without fixing masonry first or at all....
- Took full cost of money ( I was stupid to pay/ lesson learned) and told me he would not be back, when called to fix repeatedly.
- He said he was fling bankruptcy.....then said his mother was dying in RI so he was caring for her....then told other lies.
- SAID HE WAS NO LONGER IN BUSINESS!!!!!!
- Refused to repair poor work that had been done.
- NO SATISFACTION as said and no recommendation would EVER be given.
- I went with him as he was listed here, and presented well.
- I was recovering from major surgery and my son even tried to get him to fix things. From Maine and by calls from Florida!
WHEREVER YOU ARE RANDY , SHAME ON YOU for your dishonesty, taking my money, and being NON PROFESSIONAL!
This man, Randy Shepard, blatantly has lied and misrepresented himself. I have every text. He did NOT make appointments but showed up twice with a girlfriend and then sent a text he was here. The" other contractor" was a roofer who advised poor work" done by amateur " and a mason who stated, as did RANDY SHEPARD" that sealant was applied without allowing proper drying time. He did a poor job and supposedly is out of business and filed bankruptcy .
