Great price, but had problems with communication and punctuality. Calling the company line only gets you a recording machine. He then gave us his cell phone but he didn't answer it and the message box was full. Was supposed to show up on Tuesday, no call and no show while I sat here all day waiting. When we finally got hold of him that night he said he was busy on another job and would not be there until Thursday. Had to stay home another day. Work was completed in one day which was good and the job was fine, however, he didn't bother to tell me that we would need all new trim around the skylights and didn't supply the pole for opening and closing the skylights. Had to wait a day for him to go pick one up. Was not impressed with the professionalism.

Everything went off without a hitch. I had called to get estimates from a couple of different roofing companies. Josh was the only one to climb on the roof to do an inspection before giving me an estimate. His explanation of the scope of the job was thorough and easy to understand. He also explained why parts of the work were necessary, and what things weren't necessary. The crew showed up on time, and completed the job in about a day and a half. My driveway and yard were cleaner when they left than when they started. I've already given his name to a couple of other people.

Josh was very professional. I approached him as he was finishing another job in the area, and I asked if he could take a look at my roof as I was experiencing a leak but did not know for sure what/where the problem was. Within a few minutes, he arrived with one of his crew members. He climbed the roof and checked out the issues we were having.
After checking, roof he informed me of his findings. I thought the issue was a vent that ran from our bathroom through the roof. Josh told me that it appeared to be the cast iron sewer vent causing our problem. He also noted that several layers of tar has been applied around the base of the chimney, leaving him to suspect that at some time, that was also the source of a leak. I asked Josh if our roof was in need of replacing (the roof is at least 20+ years old). Josh told me the roof still had quite a few good years left.
Josh quoted an estimate of $700 to $900 for the work that was needed. I hired him without hesitation. He told me that he had several jobs lined up already, but assured me that he would work us into his schedule and complete the necessary work before severe weather set in.
As promised, he worked us into his schedule and completed the job for us. He did an excellent job for us.

On time, called as needed. Estimate honest, and in relative good range. No pressure. Fantastic job, did what was said.

Josh responded to my call immediately and came to give an estimate within a day. He walked the roof, inspected the attic, listened to my ideas, and presented roof samples during the estimate. His roofing team was excellent, paid attention to detail and did everything that was agreed upon. They take pride in their work and are very professional. His prices were fair and equal to other estimates. I intend to use them for siding and trim.
