John was excellent to work with and did a great job at a fair price. He was very accomodating. He was very responsive, took the time to really explain my options and what was needed, and shceduled the job around my schedule. Most importantly, I trust what he tells me. I live in Florida and my tenant at my house in RI told me the heat stopped working on both levels of the house. I knew that the life on the basement unit was nearing it's end, but I had no idea about the upstairs unit. John could have put on a hard sell to replace both of them figuring the same approximate useful life especially since I am not there to really see for myself, but he didn't. He explained why he thought the basement unit failed more quickly and felt the upstairs unit has a few more years left in it. I highly recommned you call John Marcoux for all of your heating and air conditioning needs.

I WAS VERY CONTENT WITH THE WAY THEY CONDUCTED THEMSELVES AT MY HOME. THEY CHARGE A FAIR PRICE AND ALWAYS MAKE SURE THAT MY FURNACE IS RUNNING PROPERLY WHEN THEY ARE FINISHED.
