BOISCLAIR LOCK & SAFE

My 90 year old mother has been trying to have locks replaced on her apt doors for months now. She first contacted Boisclair's several months ago. They were supposed to call her back the next day. When she hadn't heard from them after a few days, she called again and was told they had to order parts! Over the next few weeks she had to call numerous times and was given one lame excuse after another. Never got the locks replaced so she gave up on them. Recently she decided to try again. She called and was promised someone would get back to her the next day. No one did. Called back a couple of days later and was told someone would definitely get back to her the next day. They didn't. She's done! I think she's been more than patient. She needs to find someone new. Seems they don't need the work.

THEY HAD MY KEY MADE RIGHT AWAY. I USED THEM BECAUSE THEY HAVE A VERY GOOD REPUTATION IN THE CITY AND THEY DO EVERYTHING FINE. THE KEY WORKS FINE, SO I'M HAPPY.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD. I THOUGHT THAT THE PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE. THEY SHOWED UP WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO. THEY WERE ALSO VERY RELIABLE AND PROFESSIONAL AS WELL.

THE PEOPLE WHO CHANGED THE LOCK WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. IT WAS A VERY GOOD COMPANY TO GO TO AND USE. I DID NOT HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM AT ALL. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO PEOPLE.
